Hello! Our names are Francesca and Ali. S and this is our blog. We are both currently students at Sheridan College and we have been assigned to write a blog for our Business Communication class. For our assignment, we have decided to write about customer loyalty programs.
Customer
A person or organization that buys goods or services from a store or business.
Trust
Firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.
Loyalty
The quality of being loyal and also a strong feeling of support and allegiance.
